- CTC - 1.8 - 2.4 lac pa

- Qualification - Preferred - Diploma - Mechanical / Electrical / B.Tech / BE ; MBA in Marketing (if not diploma candidates are not available).

- Experience - 1 - 2 years- experience in same field in spares (After Market) automobile sector.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

- Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.

- Group facilitation skills.

- Time management skills.

- Analytical skills.

- Problem solving skills.

- Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency.

- Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing.

1. Responsible for handling the secondary sales of the entire spares product.

2. Responsible to develop 2T, 3Tnetworking through business partners. Add new retailers & mechanics every month as per the target assigned.

3. Responsible to organise all types of sales promotion activities like Van Campaign, PAC etc. with the help of seniors.

4. Responsible to generate the secondary sales for Focus Product (Horn, Sensors, RVM Lever & Yorks, Lights and Switches)

5. Responsible for sending all daily/monthly reports as per provided formats.

6. Responsible to launch & monitor schemes among 2T /3T partners.

7. Co-ordination with AM / DM for achieving the assigned target, as a Team.

8. Maintain & update the database of the retailers periodically.

9. 5s Activities.
