Roles & Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to assess their software requirements, understand their business processes, communicate technical information effectively, gather requirements, present solutions in a clear and understandable manner, and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop comprehensive IT solutions aligned with client needs, conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing IT systems, identify technological gaps, and understand their business requirements.

- Assist in developing tailored IT solutions aligned with client objectives and budget constraints. Aid in the implementation of IT projects by contributing to planning, executing tasks, and ensuring project timelines are met.

- Assist in the implementation and deployment of IT projects, including change management and training. Provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on the effective use of technology solutions.

- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project plans, system configurations, and support processes.

- Offer guidance and training to clients on new systems or technologies implemented to ensure a smooth transition and usage.

- Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements, trends, and best practices in the IT industry to offer informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications :

Fresher - B.E (CSE, IT) with MBA

- Display a consulting mindset, resolving issues innovatively by presenting multiple options with associated pros and cons.

- Exhibit proactive self-motivation and a keen interest in advancing within the IT consulting domain.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project implementation
