Job Title : Jr. Brand Manager

Reporting To : Business Head.

Salary Fixed - Rs 20000 + performance bonus.

Hours : 9 hours, six days per week

Location : Mumbai - Bhandup

About The Chocolate Co. :

- Makers of signature chocolate creations fit for premium gifting. Specialist in Birth, Wedding, Diwali, Corporate and Celebrative Gifting.

- The Chocolate Company is a gourmet chocolate manufacturing start-up based in Mumbai with special focus on Premium Chocolate Gifting.

Purpose of the Position : 

- We are looking for a person who will enhance the brand outlook when it comes to social media and should be able to work in collaboration with design team and Business head.

- We are looking for a team player who wants to help us achieve our goal of being one of the top chocolate companies in Mumbai.

- Someone with a - Can-do- attitude who wants to work in startup environment and always find a way to make things work.

Responsibilities & duties : 

- Brand Strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.

- Planning and execution of all communication and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.

- Assisting with Product development, pricing and new product launches as well as new business opportunities.

- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.

- Competitor and consumer insights analysis.

- The successful applicant will be willing to learn about gourmet chocolate and be good communicator.

Academic & Trades Qualifications : 

- Essential: Bachelor of Commerce or Graduate

- Desirable: Hotel Management Graduate
