Role : Junior Associate - Customer Service ( Voice Process)
Location : Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls and answer customer queries
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and provide customers with product and service information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
