- Join our dynamic team as a Lead Generation Specialist and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and B2B sales acumen to identify potential prospects, engage them through phone outreach, and secure appointments for compelling final pitches and demonstrations. Your Responsibilities :

- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our range of client services to confidently conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within specified geographical regions.

- Leverage your expertise in the USA/Canada/EMEA/APAC markets to generate fresh leads and arrange appointments with key decision-makers and business owners.

- Engage with targeted prospects, delivering a compelling value proposition that piques their interest and encourages them to schedule a call with our client.

- Maintain a laser focus on exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, both individually and collaboratively within the team.

- Efficiently track and update prospecting progress using our CRM system.

- Skillfully navigate through gatekeepers to reach the decision-makers and influencers.

- We encourage applications exclusively from candidates with B2B experience.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Lead Generation is essential, showcasing your strong English communication skills.

- Familiarity with AG (Authority and Need), BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), and HQL (High-Quality Lead) methodologies is a plus.
