Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Healthcare Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining solid working relationships with doctors, and delivering excellent after-sales service.

Responsibilities :

- Schedule meetings with doctors and other healthcare professionals through cold calling or other means of communication.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

- Prepare and present sales reports on a regular basis.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in Healthcare Sales.

- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research and analysis.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as required.
