Job Description : 

- We are hiring for a passionate - Business Development Manager "to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will be responsible for cold calling, getting new clients on board, and building solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities : 

- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

- Identify new business opportunities and partners.

Requirements and Skills :

- Candidates with prior experience of at least 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably Healthcare sales or Insurance Sales would be preferred/Prior start-up experience is preferred.

- Growth mindset, with a willingness to continuously learn more and push the boundaries

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in building strong relationships with key stakeholders

- The successful candidate would be interfacing directly with Founders and making a high-value impact; hence, candidates with an aggressive business mindset and acumen would be required.
