A) Data mining :
- Sourcing new clients. Calling Leads. Answering Client Queries.
- Coordinating with Purchase Team, Pre-Sales team, Technical Team.
- Sales Presentation Preparation. Sales Proposal Preparation.
- Followup with Client for Sales. Achieving Sales Targets.
B) Client Engagement :
- Onboarding new Clients. Followup with Existing Clients.
- Conducting Knowledge sharing with clients on new Product & Services.
- Upselling of other Product & Services to Onboarded clients.
- Collecting References from existing clients.
- Going for Client meetings on Demand Basis.
- Subject to Business Requirements. Client Servicing.
