JP Funware & Technologies - Executive - Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Investigating user issues and working with other teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently
- Providing users with information about promotions, bonuses, and new games
- Ensuring that users have a positive experience while playing on our platform
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively provide support to customers.
- Meeting or exceeding customer support metrics, such as response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Key Skills and Experience Required :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is an added advantage
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative of at least 1 year is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and developments is a plus
- Rotational shift, 6 days working
