Zonal Sales Head for Service responsibilities and key aspects of the role:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed to enhance customer experience.

5. Budgeting and Financial Management :

- Prepare and manage the budget for the zonal sales and service operations.

- Monitor expenses and revenue, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial targets.

6. Reporting and Analysis :

- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Use data and analysis to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

7. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements :

- Ensure that all sales and service activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

8. Product Knowledge :

- Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services as well as industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

9. Collaboration :

- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

10. Goal Achievement :

- Take ownership of achieving sales and service targets within the assigned zone.

11. Market Expansion :

- Explore opportunities for expanding the company's market presence within the zone.

12. Crisis Management :

- Handle any crisis situations, such as product recalls or customer emergencies, with a calm and effective approach.

13. Continuous Improvement :

- Continuously seek ways to improve sales and service processes, including the use of technology and automation.
