Job Description :

- As a Sales Manager specializing in Material Handling Equipment, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence within the material handling industry. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities :

Sales Team Leadership : Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base within the material handling equipment sector.

Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, including pricing strategies, product positioning, and market segmentation.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Sales Forecasting : Accurately forecast sales revenue, monitor performance against targets, and report on progress to senior management.

Team Development : Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the skills and tools needed to succeed.

Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Budget Management : Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources as needed to maximize ROI.
