Josh Talks - Executive - Public Relations (1-4 yrs)
Key responsibilities will include :
- Builds, maintains and develops productive relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers and analysts across national, trade and vertical media channels.
- Understands and avidly follows the news agenda, positioning Josh Talks within the wider news narrative.
- Utilizes networks to create and maximize client coverage, advising on long-form and short-term narratives.
- Oversees all media relations activity, maintaining key media contacts for campaigns and projects and works collaboratively with the Strategy team to increase the utilization of digital services wherever possible.
- Oversees and provides content creation for campaigns and projects including press releases, articles, blog entries, and other written material.
- Uses social media and proactively explores new tools, solutions and processes to continuously evolve and optimize PR campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of full time experience in public relations handling startup clients.
- Full Time Graduate/Post Graduate in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, PR/Advertising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High energy and drive to work in a startup environment
