Josh Talks - Digital Growth Specialist (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilites:
- Full-stack digital customer acquisition (FB, Google, YouTube, Display, Vernacular Indian Apps)
- Landing Page Optimization, Customer Acquisition Funnels, and Conversion Rate Optimizations for a fairly mature yet unorthodox product.
- Experiment and hack new things that have not been done before.
- Manage budgets exceeding 5L/month specifically for online ads.
Requirements:
- Experience with all of the above, to the tune of atleast 1 year.
- Willing to learn, experiment and try out new things.
- Passionate about the digital space
- Extremely passionate about performance of every rupee spent
- Great communicator in Hindi + English
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines everytime.
- Hustler, get shit done attitude - doesn't work by the clock.
- Believer of the Josh philosophy.
