Role : Content Manager

Team : Brand & Communications

Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience

About the role :

- As a Content Manager in the Brand & Communications team, you will be working closely with Josh Talks co-founders - Supriya Paul and Shobhit Banga, to manage their content, speaking engagements etc. You will be responsible for managing the content machinery for their social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter) and increase their visibility across these platforms. We are looking for someone who is meticulously organized and has the ability to wear multiple hats - analytical, creative as well as managerial and can drive performance on social media.

Key responsibilities :

- Work directly with the co-founders to oversee day-to-day management of their social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter)

- Conceptualize, write and edit posts on behalf of the co-founders while adapting to their voice and tone Setup regular review meetings with co-founders to strategize and brainstorm new content ideas and execute those ideas within stipulated timelines

- Conceptualize and write scripts for videos as well as organize shoots by developing a shoot plan and executing the actual shoot Manage speaking events for the co-founders by developing event amplification strategies and preparing speaking deliverables such as talking points, presentations

- Occasionally travel with the co-founders to events and field trips to shoot content, speak to our users and learn about their aspiration shire and lead a small team of business copywriters and producers/editors to maintain a consistent pipeline of content across multiple platforms

Requirements : 

- You are meticulously organized and follow a structured approach to organizing content

- You should be able to develop timelines and think through them to set priorities, plan strategically by understanding how much time you- d need to complete tasks, where all you would need help

- An articulate writer - you avoid drab enterprise jargon and can adapt to another person's voice and tone

- Good storyteller with exceptional communication skills you can interview stakeholders involved and identify patterns to connect themes

- You have a demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious and innovative

- You are informed of various social media trends and what's happening within the industry

- You are a self-starter with the ability to initiate, experiment and execute new ideas

- You have a strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels seamlessly juggling the priorities of multiple stakeholders

- Agency background preferred
