Responsibilities :
- Travel across cities and organize workshops educating women about their fundamental rights.
- Establishing strong concepts about gender equality, consent, and feminism and hence strongly believing in the concept yourself.
- Engage the audience with interactive activities and build a community of strong, self-reliant and well-informed women who take away actionable insights from the workshops.
Skills :
- Strong Moderation skills
- Engaging public speaking skills
- Confidence to tackle sensitive issues and speak about the same
- Preferably an active participant in college activities during her college days
