JookeBox - Manager - Business Development (2-2 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join Jookebox .

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our business-to-business (B2B) client base in the B2B industry. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients within the B2B industry, including Hotels, Retail stores, Airports & Malls etc

- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support in business development initiatives.

- Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to proactively identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record of success in business development within the music industry, with a focus on B2B sales.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
