Jolly Clamps - Coordinator - Sales - Export Vertical (1-5 yrs)
1) Sales monitoring & daily reporting against unadhered value due to any reason
- Internal Co-ordination
2) Customer communication for any escalated issues
3) Preparation of Quotation, costing, sales order.
4) Follow up for rate acceptance. (negotiation - if any should be discussed with HOD)
- Drawing request with development, for submission to customer
5) SR (Sample Requisition) to raise against customer requirement.
6) Samples fitment report follow-up.
7) Follow up for drawing approval from the customer.
8) Weekly Sales status (adherence report) from Sales coordinator & further discussing with HOD for action plan (if adherence is low)
9) Export customer coordination.
10) Rate revision working & acceptance from the customer (considered done - on the rate of amended PO receipt)
11) Target against sales monitoring for respective customer group (Export)
- Working on ERP.
12) Export documentation for bank submission.
13) New customer reporting & defining work strategy to obtain additional schedules.
