JoinEight is the engagement tracking software for growing companies. Our solution is for the companies that look for strong character and values in potential candidates and looking for out of box solution for hiring. We are the first B2B marketplace connecting companies and candidates through informal meetings. We are a currently self-funded startup. At JoinEight, we- re building software to improve the way interviews and hiring are done.

We're looking for a go-getter, sharp, very personable Sales Manager who can manage and drive new business with a small, medium, large corporate companies. The position will report to the CEO. You will join a super friendly, hardworking, passionate team that is determined to solve the hiring challenge.

Who we are:

We're an early-stage startup building software that helps teams build high-performance cultures.

We are doing founder-led sales and looking for our sales hire to join the team to accelerate customer acquisition. Your role will change and evolve based on your skills and the company's growth.

Who you are:

- You have at least one-two years of experience with enterprise SaaS or Software sales

- You are ambitious and self-motivated

- You can communicate, both written and verbally

- You learn from feedback, adapt quickly, and can problem-solve through uncertainty

What you'll do:

- You will prospect for new leads.

- You will generate interest through outbound email, phone campaigns, and meetups.

- You will engage with leads through proactive follow-up communications.

- You will schedule, and attend, sales meetings with the founders

- You will produce customer profiles to aid in the closing and onboarding of leads

- You will need to understand, and effectively communicate, our offering and appeal to a variety of prospects

- You will manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using our software

- You will work with the CEO to build efficient and scalable processes

- You will grow with the company and will become a key member of our early sales team
