Job description- Sr. ASM/ Regional Sales Manager- North

Sr. ASM/ Regional Sales Manager FMCG (GT & MT) - North To be based at Delhi.

- Good experience in FMCG especially in Modern Trade and General Trade sales Domain.

- Achieve the set Revenue Targets for the given Region by acquiring new partners and Retaining and building existing GT and MT partners.

- Building a strong Channel partner network for the company in the Region.

- Establish market coverage based on population data and ensure partner penetration across the Region.

- Recruit, Train, Motivate and Retain Territory Sales Managers & Sales Executives

- Plan, Strategize and implement Channel partners engagement to drive high productivity at Retail outlet level.

- Ownership of the territory

- Leading from the front

- Team player

- Work closely with Sales Team along with a cross-functional team of Product, Finance and Customer support team to drive high-quality field execution

Responsibilities-

- Present the quarterly plan to the Executive Team, focusing on how will achieve Revenue target for the Region while keeping future in mind

- Establish and Manage a productive, professional relationship with the Channels.

- Carry regular PJP to give visits to Channel partners, spend time with them and keep them motivated to do more.

- Drive adoption of new products, promotions or process across the Region.

- Coordination with the various team in Head office to ensure timely support provided to the field team.

- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meeting with the team to fix upon the plan and review the results.

- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team periodically.

- Analyse the MIS at the territory level and District level to have a pulse of the Business.

- Proven experience in Managing Sales and Distribution for broad geography.

- Should be a high achiever with a proven track record.

- Ownership of the territory

- Leading from the front

- You should be excellent in analytical/Reasoning skills; Good Team player.

- planning & analytical skills to handle complex situations,

- taking the full responsibility for decisions and repercussions,

- strong communication and negotiation skills and

- clear commitment and vision to lead his team.

Required Qualification-

- Education: Graduation/Post graduation/Masters degree

- 10-15 years experience in Sales
