Job Description : As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to connect with various companies to pitch our services, creating opportunities for partnerships and sales. You will be the face of our brand, embodying our values and driving our growth through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.

- Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to present our product and negotiate deals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials for client presentations.

- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales of 2 years and above , particularly in a role that involves client-facing and direct selling.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of our product.

- A dynamic, confident personality with a customer-focused approach.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
