JioMart - Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager (Partner Acquisition), you will be finding and on-boarding seller partners from your area on to the JioMart platform. You will nurture strong relationships with a few hundred Small and medium enterprises and champion their success on the JioMart platform.You will conduct extensive field research and generate the database of SMEs and manufacturing clusters for large categories like General Merchandise, F&L, FMCG, CDIT etc. across your area/zone and enable the sellers in listing their products on JioMart. You will be responsible for account management for the SMEs ensuring they have a smooth seller/partner experience on the platform. You will own the Seller Experience metrics for your region and consistently strive to ensure a very high Seller satisfactory.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. 3+ yrs field sales/merchant acquisition experience in Channel sales/D2C/B2B2C/B2B within one/multiple industries - Telecom, FMCG, e-commerce, start-ups, fintech, hospitality etc.

2. Excellent daily rigor in driving the sales operations within the team. Structured and consistent approach to drive the end-to-end seller onboarding process - sales, cataloguing, go-live and account management.

3. Ability to communicate the organizations vision/goals and services to seller community and evangelize JioMart platform benefits in the seller community.

4. Exposure to E-Commerce marketplace, preferably in areas of Seller Acquisition & Account management.

Extensive knowledge of seller landscape within the region/territory is a big plus

1. Strong sense of customer focus and empathy buyers & sellers should always be central to your decision making.

2. Consistent Sales achievements. You would have won quite a few sales achievement awards competitions in your current/previous role.

3. Demonstrated highest level of integrity and strong work ethic.

4. Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.

5. Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance and willingness to go above and beyond.

6. Very good written and verbal communication skills English & local language (or Hindi).

7. The role will include extensive field travel within the assigned region (intra-city) and occasional inter-city travel within the state.
