JOB DESCRIPTION :- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling Electrical products ( Electrical Insulation TAPE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities-

- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans

- Develop New market for Electrical Tape

- Business promotion, new business development,

- Approaching Leading Electrical brands to get acceptance under OEM category

- To increase the market penetration and share by appointing new dealers/distributors/ retailers/ contractors /architects

- Forecast sales and determine profitability through review of operational records and reports

- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging development,

- Collecting feedback ,analysis trends, tracking competitors

- Monitor customer attrition and plan customer retention strategies.

- Identify relevant pricing trends in the market and of key competitors.

- Interact regularly with potential and existing customers to apprise them on new product offerings/developments.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with Electrical products.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of Electrical products and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
