Job description for SALES MANAGER-HYGEINE PRODUCTS

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling hygiene products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager will build and develop strong relationships with clients, and stay abreast of market trends to capitalize on business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.

Team Leadership : Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance against targets.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with hygiene products industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of hygiene products and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
