Job Description :

Social Media Manager

- Radiohead Brands is amongst the leaders in India's Cocktail Mixers industry, with 6 products currently on offer under the Jimmy's Cocktails Brands. In just over 2 years, Jimmy's Cocktails has established itself as amongst the top choice for consumers in the mixed drinks/cocktails space through finely crafted products that are available across online and offline channels.

- We are now looking to hire a Social Media Manager based out of our Head Office in Gurugram to lead Social Media Marketing for the Jimmy's brand. The role requires working in close proximity with Brand & D2C Teams and the Creative Agency.

- The job requires the incumbent to be hands-on with Jimmy's Social Media Accounts, ensuring the right creative and content direction is followed at one end, and every consumer who engages with us is responded to on the other. The incumbent will be the lead for Jimmy's Social Media presence and will define how the Brand Identity translates across Social Media Handles, end-to-end. The role forms a core part of the Jimmy's Marketing Team, and works closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing.

Job responsibilities will include :

- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency across every Social Media Channel

- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels

- Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly

- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology

- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience, in partnership with the D2C team

- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube & LinkedIn

- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical & listening tools

- Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives

- Create content on-the-fly in partnership with Creative Team/Agency to ensure key cultural moments are capitalized on by the Brand

- Production of engaging content, independently using available tools & assets

- Run & optimize Social Media Brand Campaigns with the Media Team, report learnings and results

- Engage with influencers as required, and work with the Public Relations team to ensure delivery of set KPIs

Key Requirements :

- 3-5 years of proven Social Media Management experience in a leading Agency/Brand

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or similar

- Strong computer skills using the Microsoft Office package, exceptional control over PowerPoint and Excel

- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content

- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention

- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

- Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
