Job Responsibilities : Sales Officer for Delhi/NCR Location
1. Enroll Self Service Stores for Company Products & Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Target.
2. Achieve Self share in each store through proper assortment.
Store Level Execution:
1. Proper Execution of planograms & signage.
2. Visibility Execution.
3. Demo Activity Execution
Skills Requirement:
1. Impeccable customer service skills.
2. Excellent communications skills: verbal & written
3. Self motivated. Sales, Results & target -driven.
4. Expert in time management
5. Organized work ethic
6. Track record in Regional/local modern trade/Stand alone stores handling, through distributors.
7. Ability to exceed monthly, quarter objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Min- Regular Graduate in any field.
2. 2-5 years experience in Filed Sales.
3. Knowledge of Emails, MS-Office
4. Fluent in Hindi & Local language
Reporting Manager:
1. Timely Reporting to ASM/RSM
2. Various MIS reports submission

1. Competitor Activity
2. Prices Changes
3. Other Market Input
