JetSetGo - Senior Manager - Marketing & Communications (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Head the Marketing & Communication function with capabilities of creating in-house expertise for requirements.
- Act as a - brand guardian- ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Manage social media pages, Media and PR agencies, enhance company image and brand awareness
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns and measures effectiveness of campaigns and depending on set objectives with focus on digital media.
- Edit, maintain and update content of the company website and all e-marketing programs.
- Manage the production of marketing materials when needed. This can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
- Monitor competitor and customer prospects activity through effective offline and online marketing intelligence tools .
- Manage the selection and cataloguing of corporate giveaways and promotional items in line with brand guidelines
- Prepare data for weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports for sharing with senior management team
- Become the organization's representative towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships

Qualification :
- Graduate in Marketing & Communication or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in similar capacity
- Must be proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
