Role :

- The company has identified the need for a talented senior copywriter to be based in our New Delhi head office, as part of our expanding Marketing team. This position will play an important role in the development of our content-driven marketing strategy, with a focus on producing high-quality copy and content designed to attract and engage our target customers. Those customers are highly sophisticated Ultra High Net Worth individuals, often business leaders, entrepreneurs, and celebrities. The copy we publish, in both physical and digital channels, must be of a very high standard, grammatically correct and creative enough to break through the intensity of messages and content targeting this highly valuable but hard-to-reach consumer segment. As part of our Marketing team this role will report to the Marketing Manager, but will also frequently interact with the Chief Strategy Officer and at times the Founder and Chief Executive Office, who takes a close interest in content we produce.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a strong understanding of the company's brand positioning and values, and its value proposition, products and services in order to deliver clear messaging and motivational copy.

- Contribute to and understand the marketing goals and content strategy of the company to ensure copy written is effective in attracting and engaging the target customer segments and personas.

- Provide creative direction to Marketing Management in the development of our brand voice, content strategy and creative assets.

- Develop a creative style in our copy that faithfully reflects our brand values and competitive positioning, whilst at the same time clearly and confidently communicating product messages that will motivate prospects to engage.

- Respond to content briefs from management by preparing well-structured drafts approval, carefully managing versioning and proofreading stages to ensure a high-quality result that meets the brief.

- Produce copy for a wide range of marketing collateral and communication materials, in both digital and physical forms, including: web pages, blogs, thought papers, articles, product brochures, sales collateral and social media posts.

- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) and competitors to ensure we write clear campaign copy to promote our products and services that cut through the noise.

- Prepare well-structured drafts, proofread and edit blog posts before publishing using Content Management Systems

- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic and coordinate with the digital -marketing team to ensure we achieve a successful SEO result.

- Support the PR Manager in adjusting copy, product messages, news announcements, and press releases delivered in a more journalistic style.

- Lead the implementation of a regular company newsletter for both external and internal consumption, summarising news and progress at the company to increase both customer and staff engagement and brand advocacy.

Skills and Experience Required :

- Proven work experience of at least 5 to 6 years as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.

- Very high standard of written English and editing skills.

- Portfolio of campaign copy, published articles & familiarity with web publications.

- Experience doing research using multiple sources.

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).

- Relevant degree in Mass Communication, English, or a related field.

- Experience in, or knowledge of, the high-end, luxury goods market or the private jet sector would be an advantage.
