JetPat is looking for Associate Sales Manager who can give catalyst the process on big move.

JetPat Technologies is a start-up IT solution provider, focusing on the provision of healthcare domain which is providing Cloud Based Web Apps And Mobile applications in B2B market.

JetPat is growing steadily with increasing numbers of users and product usage across multiple cities.

Jetpat has its operations in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to interact with all levels of management

- To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed sales targets of the sales team, as defined by the management.

- To service the needs of existing customers

- To increase business opportunities through various routes to market

- Keep up to date with competitive products

- To set teams sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole

- To recruit and train sales staff.

- To monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach and exceed targets.

- To contribute in development of short-term, mid-term, and long term sales strategy.

- To gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends

- To represent JetPat Technologies at events, meetings and demonstrations.

Key Skills

Tenacity to achieve breakthroughs and close sales

Excellent Communication Skills

Presentation skills (creation and delivery)

Experience

1-2 years in Corporate Sales/ Business Development (or) Freshers with solution driven with good insights

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree
