Assistant Manager - Business Development (IT Services Sales - US Shift)

- We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Assistant Manager - Business Development to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining to them the technical features and functionalities of the company's products, and handling a team of 05-08 members.

Responsibilities :

- Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company's software solutions

- Experienced in Lead Generation, Demand Generation, and Revenue Generation

- Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities

- Examining the IT requirements of clients and suggesting appropriate software solutions

- Conducting demonstrations as and when required

- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end Sales Cycle

- Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/E-Mail/LinkedIn to generate leads

- Be able to tailor pitch the products & services according to their specifications ensuring successful conversion of sales

- Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.

- Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for the company's products & Services

- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with the company's main accounts and strategic partners

- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all the key business objectives

- Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous performance and review the same

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

- Must be available to work in US Shift - 5:30 pm to 02:30 am (IST)

- Proven experience in the IT Sales/IT Services Sales department

- Complete knowledge of the terminology used in the IT industry

- Team handling and training experience

- Familiarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industry

- Excellent technical skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Research-driven and detail-oriented individual

- Highly motivated individual
