- Responsible for servicing existing & new clients by selling company's innovative & premium range of products (Books), solutions (e- learning) & services to premier schools & distributers.
- Developing strategies to explore new region & retaining relations win the existing regions.
- Developing & nurturing Relationship with client and team & Head Office (Mumbai).
- Develop a motivated sales team with strategies & effective working.
- Submitting sales report to seniors & Head Office (Mumbai) on daily/weekly basis.
- Ensuring smooth collection of payments from schools & Handling Escalations.
- Taking feedback from the teachers and principals to ensure smooth functioning of all our products.
- Organizing events and seminars to promote the product and coordinate with the clients.
