Roles & Responsibilities :


- Responsible for new business development via prospecting high value target accounts, qualifying the customer needs and closing the sales.

- Handling the key customers and thereby creating & maintaining long everlasting Business Relationship.

- Work closely with New or existing prospects to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set revenue targets.

- Customer Prospecting and Mapping

- To engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments

- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.

- Ability to sell and market Healthcare IT/Mobility solution sales.

- Provide consultative solutions sales process to prospects.

- Identify, prioritize and plan the most applicable marketing approach.

- Identify and reach all stake holders, influencers, decision makers and end-users

- Establish a network with other key stake holders within the business to share current information on company services and solutions.

- Should be a good objective setter, planner, and above all, controller.

- Proactively attend product/service announcements and other informational sessions whenever possible.

- Knowledge of competition, success stories, relationship with principals, road map and vision that the principals follow.

- Attend industry events to promote products and acquire business leads.

- Meet with prospects in person and develop relationship.

- Make efficient use of business-to-business referrals, leveraging existing relationships to cement new opportunities.

- Self-starter able to work with minimum direction and possesses both the desire and the ability to develop constructive ideas.
