JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Communications :

1.1 Collect and collate content for the JBCN Newsletters (Beats, Focus, Insight and Glimpses) from all the schools

1.2 Ensure that the newsletters get sent out on time

1.3 Research information and articles for JBCN Beats from blogs, newspapers, various websites and print media

1.4 Be in touch with the spot communication managers in each school to know what is happening in each school

1.5 Organize photo shoots when pictures are required for various articles, books and media usage.

1.6 Research and application for various awards for JBCN Schools

1.7 Research for conferences that are good opportunities for JBCN brand building

1.8 Collect information including text and photographs for the Coffee Table books. Initiate making of the books.

2. Social Media

2.1 Ensure that the facebook pages of each school are updated on a weekly basis. If not done follow up with the schools to get it done

2.2 Liaison with the in house website programmer to ensure that information in the news and events section is uploaded on a weekly basis with photograph and write ups.

3. PR

3.1 Liaison with the PR agency and ensure that the required information is sent to them on a timely basis

3.2 Organize meetings once a month between the PR agency and Communications team

4. Branding

4.1 Liaison with the Branding agency and provide information as required

4.2 Organize meetings with stakeholders as required by the branding agency in consultation with MD

5. Marketing

5.1 Think of innovative marketing ideas for our schools.
