Job Description :
- Ideate, create and execute relevant, original and high-quality content on a daily basis.
- Maintain an editorial calendar for all relevant platforms.
- Create, curate and manage all types of content (images, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to customer queries in the brand's voice. Participate in conversations online wherever essential with the aim of delighting the customer / fan.
- Work closely with different functions within the organization to get a bird's eye view of what we can talk about, especially the marketing and buying team.
- Oversee relevant imagery (ie: Facebook cover, profile pic, Twitter profile etc.).
- Analyze key metrics across platforms and use those learning to tweak content strategy as needed.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Analyze campaign successes and failures to use as recommendations and plans for changing social media strategy.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Creativity individual with execution experience across different social media platforms.
- Can effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format and adapt an idea according to the relevant channel (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc).
- Experience in creating and curating relevant and engaging content.
- A sound analytical mind that can straddle both creative and numbers to change and adapt according to data and explain why their ideas work.
- Excellent writing and language skills.
- Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
