- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and introducing new products to the market.
- Actively participate in Conferences, Events, Fests, for brand promotion and to build relationships with students/partners.
- Bring new brand ambassadors and influencers on board and maintain relationships with existing ones to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Conduct activities like quiz or other competition in the colleges/universities for student engagement and brand promotion.
- Travel PAN India to understand consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals.
- Demonstrates products and services to the large group of students by visiting colleges/universities
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports by interacting with existing customers.
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned regions.
- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations. Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
- Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network and joining professional networks.
