Sales Engineer-After Market
- Main responsibility is to sell parts and Service and ensure customer satisfaction, through timely execution
- After sales support (service & spares) to customers for machine maintenance and working
- Regular follow-up with customers for overall machinery performance
- Revenue generation by spares sale
- New inquiry generation from old machine resale
- coordinating with manufacturer for warranty claims
- providing on-field support to client by arranging technicians at client site
- Price negotiation, quotation sending. Prepare Proposals as per customer requirements
- Coordination with production and purchase department for material availability
- Payment collection and their follow-up Spares Management
- Product feedback, maintain service standard, expansion of service network
