Job Description :

1) Work closely with the CEO and ensure to meet the organization's revenue growth objectives.

2) Plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve the organization's business plans.

3) Responsible for the P&L, ensure achieving and exceeding the sales targets month on month

4) Hire, train and motivate a team of high performing inside/outside sales executives/TL/Managers and build a performance-oriented sales culture. Handle a team of approx. 100 - 150 team members

5) Ensure daily, weekly & monthly review of the team members

6) Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for prospects/customers and clearly communicate how we can solve these issues

7) Plan to expand the locations and increase the team size, ensure more growth opportunities to internal teams

8) Look into the escalations from the administrative/operations side

9) Look into the database management and lead flow to the team

10) Prepare various matrix and reports for the regions being handled and publish it to the CEO

Working days - Monday to Saturday

Job Location - Goregaon/Gurgaon

Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
