- Identify prospective customers and execute the disbursement within the credit parameters and process of the organization
- Follow up with customer for payments in case of EMI dishonour
- Assist CH to achieve the set target
- Cross sell of insurance and other Banking Products to existing customers
- Sourcing/Disbursals of No. of files, Volume, Loans - Source good portfolio, assist in collection, cross sell bank products
- Distribution-Direct Business - maintain relationship with the customers by visiting them regularly
- EMI returns/Quality portfolio- Follow the laid down Process when acquiring customers
