Job Description :

- Exploring new opportunities and relationships that can lead to growth.

- Establishing tie- ups with schools and institutions across the territory.

- Developing brand awareness, positioning and building strategies and campaigns

- Conduct seminars on Education Abroad in schools and colleges

- Ensure the profitability of the Business Unit and the achievement of sales and delivery targets

- Ensure the timely delivery of services and streamline processes that make operations efficient.

- Assess & track market share of the company's product offerings in that region.

- Brainstorm new and creative strategies for growth and expansion

- Promote consistent customer experience across all services that can represent the overall brand experience

Desired candidate's profile :

- We are looking for candidates with ability and proven accomplishments in handling business development/outreach/marketing initiatives and who have good rapport with schools and institutions present in the territory.

We want people who :

- Have the ability to initiate, manage and nurture large business accounts, thus generating a sizable

- Revenue share.

- Have sound articulating abilities and impeccable presentation skills

- Are excellent influencer and strategic thinker

- Have strong analytical ability

- Have exceptional inter-personal skills and multi-tasking ability

- Have ability to handle complex conversations/situations with ease

- Are innovative and goal-oriented

- Are on the whole effective Business driver
