We are a software development company. We have been in existence for last 6 years and have primarily worked with enterprises and startups who often wants to build a product from scratch. Our mission is to build software with solid foundations, addressing the primary concerns of startup founders when working with agencies.

While referrals have fueled our growth to date, we're now poised to take the next step by establishing a dedicated sales & marketing team to propel our ambitious expansion plans. We are looking for an individual to lead our growth strategy. You'll not only develop and implement impactful initiatives but also build and mentor a talented team across three crucial areas:

- Cultivating Startup Relationships : Develop targeted initiatives to establish the company as the go-to partner for innovative startups seeking development expertise.

- Maximizing Online Opportunities : Leverage online platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to generate valuable leads and convert them into successful client partnerships.

- Securing Government & PSU Contracts : Build strong relationships within government and public sector entities, navigate the tender process effectively, and secure lucrative contracts.

In addition to managing and inspiring your team, you'll personally spearhead the development of strategic partnerships with large enterprises, expanding our reach into new and exciting markets. This hands-on approach demands a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.

About You:

1. A seasoned professional with a proven track record of building and leading successful sales & marketing teams within the software development industry.

2. A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the specific needs of different client segments (startups, enterprises, government).

3. An analytical and data-driven leader who thrives on making informed decisions based on key metrics and market insights.

4. An excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
