Jaipuria Institute of Management - Community Specialist (1-3 yrs)
We Are adding a motivated, go-getter instructor community specialist to our team!
Responsibilities :
- Your mission is to help grow our instructor community, help them drive their success & deepen their engagement with the consumer.
This includes :
- Planning & executing campaigns to bring instructors onboard to iJaipuria from various social/online platforms or forums
- Managing the onboarding process : Creation of contracts & coordination etc.
- Managing existing onboarded instructors every month for their payouts, etc.
- Continuously finding ways to make our instructors more successful in increasing the quality of their content & distribution.
- A growth hacking mindset to help us stand out consistently.
