- Provide unparalleled customer service by greeting, assisting, and attending to customer inquiries and needs promptly and courteously.

- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings, including premium watches and accessories, to effectively address customer queries and provide product recommendations.

Sales and Revenue Generation :

- Actively engage customers to understand their preferences and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.

- Drive sales through effective product presentation, demonstration, and upselling techniques, while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Relationship Building :

- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers by demonstrating genuine interest, care, and attention to their needs and preferences.

- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and promote loyalty to the Jain N Jain brand.

Operational Support :

- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the retail store environment to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the luxury watch and accessories industry.
