Jain Farm Fresh - Area Sales Executive - Modern Trade (1-4 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the companies policies & strategies
- Ensure achievement of targets by creating and leveraging on the product pull at the MT outlets .
- Executing the strategies/plans of the Modern Trade Business to ensure achievement of the topline business targets and delivering the sales objectives of volume, value and market share and in store execution of Modern Trade Outlets for the assigned area for company products.
Merchandising and Market Intelligence :
- Ensure execution of the channel plans and merchandising at the store level, driving field efficiencies and ensuring a robust engagement & relationship matrix with MT customers (including floor managers, respective store category manager, supervisors) for the given HQ
- Ensure display of new samples at the stores and convey the schemes and offers to promoters and ensure the execution of the same by the promoters
- Ensure visibility of product placed at MT stores
- Liaison with branch logistics & head office logistics to ensure adequate stock
- Managing the promoters and informing them about the schemes and offers provided by the company
- Works closely with KAM, Supply Chain to understand the channel priorities on new launches/channel specific plans and drives new launch initiatives such that the products are available at the customer point.
- Aiming towards fulfilling the best standards of the identified competencies and skills required at the level
- Good grooming is necessary and ensures that the promoters are well groomed too.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Education and Experience :
- Preferably BBA with a hard core Sales Experience of 1-2+ years in the FMCG Industry in relevant geography & packaged food industry
- Basic knowledge of working of MS Office
