Key Responsibilities :


- Organize/coordinate weekly progress review meetings with Sales team members


- Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the production.


- Daily Sales activities Reports Preparation.


- Increase in Sales Volume.


- New Clients Acquisition.


- Sales Target Achievement.


- Emailing, Cold Calling , Lead generation ,and Meeting with Clients.


- Good Communication Skills.


- Good analytical & interpersonal Skills.


- Basic knowledge of paper industry paper core sales experience will be an additional advantage


Essential Requirements :


- Graduate with 3 months 1 Year of sales experience


- Good understanding of Sales principles and techniques


- Ability to handle client and retain them.


- Ability to provide direction and leadership to others


- Strong facilitation and communication skills


- Must have his own personal conveyance.


Salary Range : 13-20k/per month + Incentives target based.
