1. Generation of prospects over the phone
2. Follow up with incoming leads
3. Develop & maintain positive working relationship
4. Work and coordination with team
5. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
6. Exposure in credit recovery especially related to residential projects
7. Good understanding of project specifications related to company projects
8. Liaison with the clients related to payment recovery
9. After sale follow up
10. Managing all situations in favour of company
11. Maintaining relation with clients
