Jade Lifestyles - Senior Manager/Head - Retail Merchandiser & Buyer (7-10 yrs)
- Prepare a range plan for the new season to ensure enough stocks with the correct price range are available at the correct time.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets for a new collection.
- Allocation of stocks in store based on a detailed study of the previous sale, geography, and Store manager review.
- Widen OTR range and Gifting segment.
- Analysing sales performance in different variants (price, colour, style, month, etc)
- Analyse sales and profits by the square foot and by category -ROI
- Analyse product sales reports and inventory reports.
- Planning Store calendars and working with the marketing team for promotions and offers.
Store-level Planning Inventory, Accounts, and Sales :
- Taking reports from all the Store managers monthly to analyse sales.
- Managing budget category-wise.
- Allocating Quantities to Stores and managing delivery timelines
- Managing Store stock levels, distribution of stock, and rotation of stocks.
- Reduce the percentage of Deadstock and bring it down to 40%.
- Monthly Allocation to ensure a timely flow of monthly newness into the store
- Recommend strategies to maximize sales, turnover goods, and gross margin
- Preparing a Backward Time and action report for launch.
Partnering with Teams :
- Working closely with the Design Team to plan product ranges
- Communicate with internal Teams (including design, sourcing, and purchasing, )
- Take monthly reviews from the store manager of New collection performance.
- Develop a time & action plan to drive timely completion. (Production, Purchase and design team)
- Working closely with the Inventory department, Stock department, and Accounts department for proper functioning.
- Follow up on all the external orders with the Client service team.
Social media and website sales :
- Ensure the look book, catalogue, and website are updated.
- Train juniors for Online DMs, and Online sales.
- Train junior to maintain reports of online inquiry and order status and follow-up.
Stockist MBO and Online Stockist :
- Single point of contact for all stockists and MBO and E-commerce stockists.
- Make order forms and delivery forms for all the online orders and stockist, MBO, and online orders.
- Follow up for Invoicing, Payment, Promotion of JADE on their portal, and Sales target.
- Pitching for outright sales.

- Planning promos, Popups and trunk shows for increasing sales.
- Planning an extra stock for (celeb/trunk shows)
- Replenishment of stock, making production orders for the same and planning DD, and following up for the same with the production team.
