Its Non Voice process, you will be a Chat Executive.

1) You should be able to handle multiple chats.

2) Multitasking

3) Achieve the given target on a daily basis

Roles & Responsibilities :

- For each chat, agents will need to reply to customer questions, research account activity and notes, troubleshoot any issues, provide supporting help documentation, and any number of other tasks. This means they'll need the ability to work through several problems simultaneously to be effective.

Key Skills - Basic Computer Knowledge, Average in English.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Any Graduate in any Specialization- Graduation not Required

2. Post Graduate not required- Any Post Graduates in any Specialization

3. Any Doctorate in any Specialization-Doctorate not required

Can Earn Incentives upto 80k per month.
