Job Description for a Customer Support Role - International Process

Process Name : Travel Club India

Responsibilities :

- Overseeing the customer service process.

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,

- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.

- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements :

- Graduate with 1 year voice experience in Travel Process

- Communication and thought process has to be good.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Must be fluent in English

- Must be comfortable working from the office.

Shift Timings : 5 days working - Male - 6 am - 12 am (any 9 (nine) hours shift)

Female : 6 am - 8 pm (any 9 (nine) hours shift)

Job Location : Noida - A - 37, Gate No - 01, Sector - 60, Noida - 201301

Job Type : Full Time

Remuneration : 3.96 - 4.80 Lakhs (In hand)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : 396,000.00 - 480,000.00 per year

Schedule :

- Day shift


- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types :

- Commission pay

- Performance bonus
