IWL Limited - Manager - Sales (4-15 yrs)
Manage & develop Micro surfacing Road Products, PMB Emulsion.
- Achieve sales targets in the defined areas with focus on collections.
- Devise sales plan, projects identification coordination with manufacturing & distribution.
- Maintaining the long term sales relationship with PMC, Consultants, Contractors, Architects.
- Preparation, implementation and review of sales plan, daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
- Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Expand dealer/ Distributors network on strategic locations
- Well versed with all kind of sales analysis, expert in all kind of sales report i.e. Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Report
- Good networking skill & Presentation and team handling Skills.
- Handled a team of members
- Knowledge of Hindi & Tamil will be an added advantage.
