To manage and help formulate Digital Media Marketing strategy & execution for clients across verticals, we are looking for a Creative, Passionately dedicated & Dynamic person for our fast-paced Digital Marketing set-up. The incumbent would be required to cover all technical aspects of Digital Advertising - Social Media, Google SEM, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Display Ads, LinkedIn, Tie-up with 3rd party ad networks, Search Engine Optimization, Mobile apps marketing, In-Games advertising, Email etc. to name a few.

We're Looking For :

Profile :

- 50% of this role needs you to be fairly good with ideation,content creation & managing the team of digital marketing execution while the rest half would include meeting clients(yes, fancy lunch and you might as well get to taste draft beer), strategizing on their marketing needs and briefing the team accordingly. 


- Basically, the delivery of clients needs would be in your hands entirely, as you would be the face of the agency to the client.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO/SEM/Social Media strategy.

- Be proactively involved in creating pitches & attending meetings, delivering presentations alongwith the other members of the Digital team.

- Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, results, collaborate on client strategy.

- Content/Copy writing.

- Achieve higher ROI on Advertising Spend through data-driven Ads Optimization (Google SEM/ Facebook Advertising/ Display/ Affiliate/ etc)

- Stay up to date with new tools in the industry in all domains (advertising/SEO/ email etc)

- Engage with clients in coordination with the Account Management team to explain the technical aspects

- Implement a data-driven & analytical approach for delivering business goals for clients

- Set up processes for reducing errors in the execution of ad campaigns & other processes

- Creating reports based on analytics, suggesting new/revised strategies to customers which helps enhance their ROI

Strategise :

Knowledge of trending and best rated marketing/online campaigns is a must. Should be passionate about learning new trends going on in the digital world i.e. social media & search engine marketing space.

Story-telling : 

Tell amazing stories to consumers to help optimise social media platforms for your clients & help them increase their ROI (and in turn ours too!)
