ITILITE - Sales Development Role (2-4 yrs)

Job purpose : Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales team for next steps. Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Reporting to : Sales Development Manager

Role Type : Full-Time

Work Timing : Day Shift

What will be expected from you ?

- Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns

- Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high quality sales qualified leads

- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team

- Report to sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Who will be an ideal candidate?

- 2 - 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree is preferred

- Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development/inside sales roles (experience in saas sales is preferred)

- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

- Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives

- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
